I am currently on the path to becoming a Master Herbalist and Naturopathic Practitioner ND with the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.

Who is Kundalini Yoga for? How can it help me? And what exactly is it?
At Heart of Gaia, we take a holistic approach to help you achieve a fulfilling and balanced life. Our sessions are designed to help you identify and overcome limiting beliefs, develop daily sadhana (practice) and create a clear road-map to achieve your goals. On an energetic level, this can look like focusing on a particular chakra and using tools from the ancient art of Kundalini Tantra, Tao Tantric Practices or Meditation to remove these blocks. We use tools like Yoga Nidra (psychic sleep) to manifest your highest timeline and make your dreams become a reality; sometimes goals can be as simple as 'self-belief' or 'self-love' but once you can embody it, you BECOME it - it changes you on a cellular level.
Kundalini is an ancient form of spiritual practice found in the Upanishads (ancient Vedic texts) between 500 BC - 1000 BC. Ancient knowledge, it teaches that there are two serpents present in every human being from the moment they are born. These two snakes lie dormant in the Root Chakra until they are activated. Once they are awakened, these two snakes rush towards each other and begin to rush upwards in the spine creating a 'flash' of light/energy in the practitioner's body. It is a beautiful and powerful process but should be done slowly over time with the guidance of a Kundalini practitioner for best results.
Kundalini is for everyone; chronic illness, fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression, myofascia-pain syndrome, fertility issues, loss, grief - I have helped so many people with Kundalini yoga because they all came to me for the same reason, they wanted CHANGE. Kundalini will transform your life from top to bottom if you let it, in the best way possible! It is a dying of the ego to the Soul which puts you back into alignment with who you TRULY are, remembering your DIVINE GIFTS and the dream that was placed into your heart by the Creator. By working with the Self-Love practices in my programmes, you will feel empowered and connected to Spirit which will unite you with your higher self so that you can go forth and fulfilll your purpose. (It is really beautiful to see it in action - I truly love what I do and the amazing clients that I am sent!!)
